A Commercial Invoice for export is a document used in international trade transactions. It is used as bill for the goods sold by the Exporter to the buyer and provides details of the transactions.  The commercial Invoice typically includes information such as: 

  • Seller and buyer details: Names and address of the exporter (seller) and the importer (buyer)
  • Description of the goods: Details of the products being exported, including quantity, unit price, total value, and any other relevant specifications. 
  • Terms of sale: Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) Specifying the responsibilities and obligations of both the seller and the buyer regarding transportation, insurance, customs duties and other costs. 
  • Payment terms: Information about the agreed-upon payment terms, such as the method of payment, currency, and payment due date.
  • Shipping Details: Information about the mode of transportation, shipping marks, Vessel/ Flight details and any other relevant shipping information. 
  • Exporter's declaration: Statement by the exporter certifying the accuracy of the information provided and confirming compliance with export regulations.
