Certification Services for Export-Import: Terms & Conditions​​


1. Scope of Services

1.1 The service provider will facilitate export-import operations by providing essential certifications, including quality, health & safety, and compliance documentation.

1.2 Services will adhere to all relevant national and international laws, standards, and regulations.

2. Fees & Payment

2.1 Client agrees to pay fees as outlined in the agreed quotation or service agreement.

2.2 Payment terms: 50% advance, 50% upon completion

2.3 Any additional costs incurred during the certification process will be communicated to the client and invoiced separately.

3. Client Obligations

3.1 The client must provide accurate and complete information and documentation for the certification process.

3.2 Timely submission of all required documents is essential to avoid delays.

3.3 The client is responsible for implementing any corrective actions recommended by the certification body.

4. Confidentiality

4.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the certification process.

4.2 Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as legally required.

5. Certification Validity & Renewal

5.1 Certification validity is as stated on the issued certificate.

5.2 Certification renewal requires continued compliance with applicable standards and timely submission of renewal applications.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The service provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the certification.

6.2 The service provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific certification service.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with 3 to 4 days written notice.

7.2 The service provider may immediately terminate services for non-payment, breach of these terms, or misuse of the certification.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Disputes will be resolved through mutual negotiation.
